The museum's second exhibition area, a 600 square metre space giving on to the park, is dedicated to the contemporary world and France today. This garden level area hosts thematic exhibitions: at the moment: «The follow-up to human rights by Richard Texier», seven monumental tapestries woven in Aubusson.
The documentation centre and audio-visual space give onto the temporary
exhibition space and are open to all.
Also on the garden level and open to all is the museum archive,
in which you can discover over three thousand more gifts in the
permanent collection.
